An air ministry boundary marker stone that was damaged by a car striking it on Kilmartin Way, will today be moved.
Councillor Barry Mugglestone was contacted by a person connected to the Hornchurch RAF Heritage centre in regards to moving the stone to protect it from further damage. Also so it can be more visible and its important history can be shared to the community.
Marlborough- the council highways contractor have kindly offered to move it for free as part of their social value commitment.
