Margaret Mullane, the Dagenham and Rainham Member of Parliament, is making arrangements to meet with residents across the her constituency to hear their concerns in question and answer sessions.

Margaret will be holding gatherings for people in all of the areas in Dagenham and Rainham, starting with an afternoon coffee meeting on Friday 1st November set in Rainham for local residents.

The meeting will also be attended by the local Police team who will be available to answer questions.

Margaret told the Havering Daily:“Central to my approach is to meet, listen and engage with local people, I gave this commitment before being elected and am determined to honour this.

I will be starting with a coffee afternoon in Rainham Village in the next few weeks and greatly look forward to having a discussion with residents on the issues that concern them.

I know that concerns about crime are likely to come up, so I am pleased that the local Police team will be present.”

The venue will be announced closer to the 1st November Rainham meeting. Because of safety concerns, registration to take part is a requirement.

To register simply  E mail – cianan.whelan@parliament.uk  or ring 0208.984.7854.

This will be the first of many as Margaret covers all of the wards in the constituency.
