New Way Tuition has been a dedicated provider of alternative education for over 20 years, offering tailored educational programmes for primary, secondary, SEN, and post-16 learners. Working in collaboration with schools, LEAs, parents, and adult learners, New Way Tuition is committed to early intervention and providing tuition that aligns with the National Curriculum while also being personalised to meet the unique needs of each learner.

Founded by Mandy Ward, New Way Tuition strives to support children and young people who are at risk of exclusion or have missed out on education. The service aims to increase attainment levels and life skills while also improving emotional wellbeing and social skills.

1-to-1 Face-to-Face & Home Tuition: For students at risk of exclusion or who have been excluded from school.

Live Online Learning: Real-time lessons for individuals or groups, across all Key Stages and functional skills.

SEN Support: Face-to-face or online tutorials for students with Autism, ADHD, and other special educational needs.

GCSE & Functional Skills Support: Tailored programmes to help students succeed in core subjects.

Life Skills & Mentoring: Embedded in all programmes to enhance personal development and build social and life skills.

Alternative Approaches to Learning: Each programme is bespoke, recognising the individual challenges that each learner faces.

Mandy Ward, the Managing Director and Safeguarding Lead, believes in taking the time to listen and understand each child’s specific needs, which allows New Way Tuition to create a safe, caring environment. This people-centred approach has helped countless young people get back on track academically and personally, building their confidence and providing them with the necessary support for future success.

New Way Tuition also works year-round, including during school holidays, to provide catch-up sessions and revision classes, ensuring no student falls behind.
