Community enjoys fantastic Barking and Dagenham Police Open Day.
A fantastic open day was held yesterday at Dagenham and Redbridge Football Club organised by Barking and Dagenham Police.
The local community had the opportunity to to come and meet local ward officers, town centre teams, mounted branch, traffic, wildlife crime, and firearms officers. Families and children had the opportunity to chat and learn more about their roles and what they do in the community. Also present were St John’s Ambulance staff and Barking and Dagenham Volunteer Police Cadets. Overseeing the fantastic day was local neighbourhoods Superintendent David Rhodes.
This was a great local community open day, that gave people the chance to chat openly with officers and learn more about the work they are in in our communities.
