Four Brentwood men charged following pigs heads left outside of schools.
Last week the Havering Daily broke the news that three pigs heads had been left outside of two schools and a youth centre in Rainham and red graffiti.
Detectives in Havering have now charged four people following a series of alleged hate-related incidents in the area.
They were charged yesterday, Friday, 2 August with racially aggravated criminal damage. They are:
Harvey Wells, 20 (24.10.03), of Springfield Avenue, Brentwood
James Desbois, 29 (8.9.94), of Cricketers Lane, Brentwood
Josh Campbell, 23 (31.8.90), of Woodland Avenue, Brentwood
Jazim Jones, 30 (3.8.93), of Woodland Avenue, Brentwood
They are due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates Court on Friday, 9 August.
It follows pigs’ heads allegedly being left outside schools in Lambs Lane South and Upminster Road South, and a youth centre in Viking Way, Rainham on Friday, 26 July. Graffiti was also sprayed at the venues.
