Wennington Village Green Achieves Official Village Green Status

On Saturday the 20th of July, Wennington Village Green officially received Village Green status, marking a significant milestone for the local community.

The newly recognised Village Green is a beloved spot for residents, offering a tranquil setting for recreation, relaxation, and community gatherings. The status not only acknowledges the Green’s importance to the local community but also ensures its protection from future development, safeguarding its natural beauty and accessibility for everyone.
