Beam Park Councillors Trevor Mckeever and Matt Stanton have written to their new Member of Parliament, Margaret Mullane MP, to congratulate her on her election victory, and to pass on the priorities of local residents to their parliamentary representative.

On Thursday 4 July, Margaret Mullane was voted in as the new Member of Parliament for Dagenham and Rainham. Margaret is a very community based campaigner who has always listened to her residents needs as a priority.

Councillors McKeever and Stanton have worked very closely with Margaret and will now continue to do so.

They told the Havering Daily.

“Margaret has consistently campaigned on these issues, joining us at the new Beam Park development with the now Secretary of State for Transport, Louise Haigh, and has been present at the public meetings regarding Launders Lane, as well as meeting with the Council on the issue” said Cllr Mckeever, “we know that she will be the active and campaigning MP that Dagenham & Rainham needs.”
