The Range to open with temporary entrance following car crash.
Romford store The Range, will re-open this morning with a temporary entrance for customers following yesterday’s car incident.
In the early hours on Wednesday 10 July, a car ploughed into the front doors of the Brewery Store. The driver of vehicle was treated at the scene and was able to go home after the incident.
A spokesperson for the Brewery shopping centre told the Havering Daily:
“We can confirm that a vehicle crashed into the exterior of The Range on 10th July in the early hours. There was only one car involved and the driver suffered minor injuries – they were treated at the scene by medical professionals and allowed to go home afterwards. We are grateful for the multi-agency response from the Fire, Police & Ambulance services and for their swift response.
The fire brigade has confirmed the vehicle and area are safe, and the centre remains open however The Range will be closed until tomorrow morning. For ease of access, from tomorrow morning the Range will use a temporary entrance until the site has been cleared.”
Many thanks
