East Area Proactive Policing Team shut down Collier Row ‘chop shop’.

Well done to officers from the East Area Proactive Team who on Friday 21 June located a ‘chop shop’ in Collier Row and promptly shut it down.

Officers responded to a recently stolen vehicle in the area and when they arrived and investigated further they located the vehicle chop shop and found that the stolen vehicle was in the process of being stripped for parts.

On their arrival, one male legged it, but was swiftly detained and arrested by the officers.
