Havering Mayor marks mayoral year with special tree planting event.

Councillor Stephanie Nunn, Havering’s Mayor and Consort Councillor Barry Mugglestone marked their mayoral year with a special tree planting event at Hornchurch Country Park this week.

Councillor Nunn has been a member of Friends of the Park for eight years and was proud to plant a tree at the park she loves dearly in the borough.

The Mayor was joined by representatives of the Park Friends Group, Essex Wildlife Centre members, Ed Gillan the Arboricultural Officer and local Safer Neighbourhood officer PCSO Gilham, as she planted her tree.
