Car crashes into railings in Harold Hill as driver flees the scene.

A car collided with railings last night on Whitchurch Road in Harold Hill. Fortunately nobody was injured in the crash and the driver and passenger are believed to have fled the scene following the crash.

A spokesperson for the Met Police told the Havering Daily:

“Police were called shortly after 22:00 on Thursday, 21 March to reports of a damage only collision on Whitchurch Road in Romford.

Officers attended and found a car in collision with railings. There were no reported injuries.”
