Elm Park stand off ends with man arrested for obstruction.

The incident on Rosewood Avenue in Elm Park that has been ongoing since this morning has ended with a man arrested for Obstruction of a Baliff. The man inside the flat is believed to have threatened officers with setting fire to the flat earlier in the day.

Police officers had been negotiating with him all day and the situation has now been resolved with no risk to local residents.

This was great team work by our officers, local firefighters and members of London Ambulance.
