BREAKING:Police negotiating with man in Elm Park flat following health concerns.

All three members of the emergency services are currently on Rosewood Avenue in Elm Park following a situation that began earlier today.

It is believed the man is experiencing some health concerns and police officers have been working hard to negotiate with him.

Firefighters are at the scene following concerns of a fire being started at the flat.
