A man in his 20s has been taken to hospital after being stabbed this morning in Dagenham.

Officers were called to Brittain Road at 8am, where they found the male.

He has been taken to hospital where his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

A spokesperson for the Met Police told the Havering Daily:

“On Wednesday 3 January at 08:00hrs, Police were called to reports of a stabbing on Brittain Road, Dagenham.
Officers attended the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service (LAS) and a man in his 20’s was found with stab injuries.
The man’s injuries were confirmed as non-life threatening/changing.
At this early stage, there have been no arrests.”
