Thursday 14 December saw a fantastic day of action held by Havering police and led by Harold Hill Sergeant Ruane. The day saw Street Duties officers out on high visibility patrols across Harold Hill, Harold Wood and Elm Park. The newly trained officers have already made their mark across East Area BCU removing dangerous weapons off our streets, under the guidance of Sergeant Ruane who is much respected locally.

This was another successful operation across the three areas that highlighted the level of work being carried out by local officers. Officers were also joined by Havering council enforcement manager Jane Eastaff, who does a fantastic job across the borough and Harold Hill community champion Jan Sargent. Havering Mayor Councillor Stephanie Nunn also joined officers in Elm Park where she is one of the three ward councillors.
