Havering firefighter launches his Christmas appeal to help the elderly and vulnerable in the area.
Tony Gladman and his family really are incredible community champions. Every year the Gladman family raise money to buy Christmas gifts for many residents across Havering in care homes and hospitals. They wrap gifts and then prepare themselves to be just like Father Christmas across the festive period by visiting care homes and hospitals to hand out gifts and put a smile on people’s faces!
Tony began this campaign many years ago after his grandfather was in a care home. Now, Tony and his family like to give back to the community.
