Police appeal for witnesses following an arson at a residential property in Hornchurch.

Police are appealing to the community to help them identify the person responsible for an arson at a residential property on Station Lane on Friday 10 November. The incident happened at 4.40am. The occupants of a maisonette woke up to the sound of fire alarms and discovered a fire at the property.

Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area who may have dashcam footage to please come forward and call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously quoting reference number CAD 0817/10Nov.
