VIDEO:Hornchurch Councillor gains over 500 signatures calling for half hour free parking.

In the summer, St Albans ward Councillor Judith Holt began a petition calling for residents using the shops on Park Lane, to have the free half hour parking like the rest of Hornchurch and Upminster.

Residents using the shops on the Hornchurch road, currently do not have access to the free half hour parking and Councillor Holt has been asking why?

The petition Councillor Holt launched in the summer, has now gained over 500 signatures asking the council to install the free 30 minutes parking, for the Park Lane shops too.

This petition was presented at the last full council meeting.
