Havering Council has now got back on the issues. The Council went on to state that the overhanging trees will be inspected and the Trees team will have these maintained.
Margaret told the Havering Daily: “I am really pleased that Havering Council has reacted positively to the concerns of the residents of the Avelon Road estate. I was also informed that fly tipping is collected at least twice a week following notice given to the Council.”
