Well done to Lindy and Alina who have raised an incredible £1,178 for Deer Aid by running a half marathon!

The two ladies work at the Co-op store in Hilldene and are great local champions who wanted to raise funds for Deer Aid, who do such an amazing job supporting our wildlife in the area.

Deer Aid member Jan Sargent told the Havering Daily:
“What can we say but a massive thank you to Lindy and Alina for running a half marathon in aid of Harold Hill Deer Aid. With the help and support of the community and our local Co-op store they managed to raise a whopping £1,178.23p!
“These ladies are amazing and a huge thank you to them and thank you to everyone involved.

“It’s only because of people out there like Lindy, Alina and each and every one of you who also support us that we are able to help so many animals.
Without you we would not be able to operate as efficiently and effectively as we do. We are truly humbled by your kindness.”

Well done Lindy and Alina-you are two amazing ladies and well done to Deer Aid who do an incredible job supporting and rescuing our wildlife.
