Reviving Parklands Fishery: Response Baits’ Progress Update
The transformation of Parklands Fishery is well underway. Since Response Baits took over its management a few months ago, the progress has been nothing short of remarkable. The dedicated team has been hard at work, breathing new life into this picturesque angler’s haven, and the results have been met with resounding praise from the local community.
Enhancing Angler Comfort
One of the first tasks on the agenda was to revamp the swims around the lake. These improvements have been designed to elevate the angling experience. New facing boards have been installed, and the swims have been carefully trimmed and adorned with wood chips. The enhanced facilities, combined with a meticulous pegging process, have created a total of 21 swims that promise to make fishing at Parklands a more enjoyable and comfortable experience for all.

Rediscovering Angler Enthusiasm
Thanks to these enhancements, Response Baits has witnessed a resurgence of interest in Parklands Fishery. Anglers are returning in greater numbers, and there’s a palpable sense of excitement in the air. The lake now hosts organized angling matches, demonstrating that the venue has become a hub for anglers to connect, compete, and share their passion for the sport.
Future Plans and Silver Fishery Ambitions
Response Baits is far from finished with their work at Parklands Fishery. Their future plans include a comprehensive stocking program to introduce silvers to the lake. The goal is to transform Parklands into a silvers fishery that will appeal to anglers of all backgrounds. The team’s unwavering dedication to this historic lake’s revival is evident in their efforts.

If you’re curious about the progress at Parklands Fishery, there’s no better time to pay a visit. The coarse angler will find ample opportunities to enjoy a day by the water. And rest assured, it will only get better as Response Baits continues to implement their ambitious plans.

Yes, this is all very well but only members can appreciate it! Why not allow the general public access, so we can walk around and enjoy the lake, I’m sure it would be fine? There are other places where this happens (yes, I know we could visit those instead but not if we are in that area!).
