A Daniel Baird bleed unit was installed at the Frenford Youth Club in Ilford on Friday 22 September. Local representatives from Redbridge, joined anti knife crime campaigner Cecilia to officially launch the bleed kits across the area.

Cecilia was joined by Cabinet Member for Safety and Enforcement Councillor Khayer Chowdhury, Havering and Redbridge GLA Member Councillor Keith Prince, a representative from local secondary school Mayfield, Councillor Alex Holmes, and a representative from the Jack Petchey Foundation who have donated this bleed unit to the youth club.

Cecilia will now ben installing these proven life saving kits to as many local schools in the area as she can.
