Havering’s Mayor joins Dementia Club to celebrate couple’s 64 wedding anniversary.

The Dementia and Music Social Club have celebrated a very special day, a 64th wedding anniversary!

Mick and Ann celebrated their special day at a party at St John’s Church, Southend Road attended by Havering’s Mayor Councillor Stephanie Nunn.

The Dementia Club is held twice a week. on Monday’s from 1-3pm on Southend Road and Wednesday at the United Reform Church in Romford.

This is a very friendly club that welcomes members of the community.

Councillor Stephanie Nunn, told the Havering Daily: “It was a very special day for Mick and Ann and I really enjoyed celebrating it with them. The club has a lovely atmosphere and it was nice to be able to share this afternoon with them.”
