East London man arrested on suspicion of a terrorism offence now charged.

Hamza Alam, 22, of east London, was charged yesterday, Wednesday, 13 September with two counts of encouraging terrorism, contrary to section 1 of the Terrorism Act 2006. 

He has been remanded to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 14 September.
