Julia Lopez MP to host Jobs,Apprenticeships and Skills Fair in Harold Hill.
MP for Hornchurch and Upminster, Julia Lopez, will be hosting a Jobs, Apprenticeships and Skills Fair in partnership with the Romford Jobcentre.
The fair will be run from 09.30am-12.30pm on Thursday 21 September at MyPlace, Harold Hill.
A range of employers will be hosting tables at the event including AstraZeneca, Care Providers Voice, Go Ahead, Metropolitan Police, Metro Bank, Quint Educations and Ruskins Tree and Landscapes. Training providers such as Generation UK, Specialist Trade Courses, and digital agencies and boot camps will also be on hand to provide skills advice and professional training.
This event will be helpful for those looking to get back into work, switch careers, find training opportunities or help someone they know secure a new role. Local employers with live vacancies will be looking to meet residents who want to work in the borough and various digital agencies and bootcamps will be offering upskilling opportunities.
