Firefighter and community hero raises money for First Step charity.

Havering Mayor Councillor Stephanie Nunn and Consort Barry Mugglestone were invited to a special fund raising event organised by firefighter and local community champion Tony Gladman.

Tony is an Elm Park resident and spends his free time raising as much money as he can for local charities.

The event last week was aimed at raising money for Hornchurch charity First Step and local lad Albert who has serious health issues.

Councillor Nunn told the Havering Daily: “Well done to Tony and his family for organising another fantastic fund raising event for First Step. He really is such a positive person who always works hard in our community.”
