Sue Hedges from the Ricky Hayden Memorial yesterday, 16 July donated a Daniel Baird bleed kit to Havering Mind and spoke to the crowds at the Essex Family Fest.
Sue attended the Hornchurch event and handed the vital life saving bleed bag to Ciaran White from Havering Mind and made a very moving speech on stage to the large crowds.
She told parents and carers to please watch their children closely, as knife crime is everywhere and does not discriminate. In the moving speech, Sue asked families to keep their children safe and begged youngsters to not carry a knife.
The bereaved mum also donated a Daniel Baird bleed kit to security firm JFF Security and Solutions who were the security providers over the weekend for Havering Mind.
