Volunteers needed for charity festival this July!
Local mental health charity Mind in Havering, Barking and Dagenham are looking for volunteers to help out at their annual summer events this July!
90s Rewind Festival
Friday 14th July It will feature live sets from 90s boybands 5ive, 911, and A1, as well as Celena from ‘The Honeyz’ and a DJ!
Essex Tribute Fest
Saturday 15th July An open-air concert featuring 9 fantastic tribute acts including tributes to the spice girls, Robbie Williams and Adele!
Essex Family Fest
Sunday 16th July Family-themed shows and attractions throughout the day including car show, performances, children’s fun fair, bar, and more!
These events generate a significant amount of money for the charity and can only take place with the support of a large team of volunteers.
Volunteer roles include:
- Checking tickets at the front gate
- Working on the bar
- Litter picking and recycling
- General stewarding
- Marshaling of the carpark
The hours needed would be any time between the following:
Friday: 4pm – 10pm
Saturday: 1pm – 10pm
Sunday: 8am – 5pm
