Havering Against ULEZ protesters hit Hornchurch High Street.
An endless stream of tooting cars and buses were heard across Hornchurch High Street on Saturday 10 June, as residents showed their support of the local anti ULEZ campaign.
Havering Against ULEZ protesters led by Michelle, took to Hornchurch High Street under temperatures of 30c, to make their voices heard against the planned Ultra Low Emission Zone that is due to start in August this year.
Protesters waved banners, blew whistles and spoke to the local community about the ongoing issues residents will be faced with when the expansion begins.
Car after car beeped their horns to show their support of the protesters, and even buses joined in!
Michelle and her team are dedicated protesters who are making their voices heard for the many across Havering who are facing life changing decisions when this expansion begins.

pointless its a done deal
Lets see after Khan and TFL are taken to the High Court several times next month. Well done everyone that turned out. People with current compliant cars need to wake up and realise that if the expansion is implements the goal posts will change with initially more cars becoming non compliant than everyone paying when he implements ‘Pay by Mile’ which he has already had a consultation on which almost no one know about. Strange how he doesn’t promote his consultations but can spend £millions promoting his ULEZ expansion even though his being taken to court.
