Police arrest male after reports of man scaring women by looking through their windows.

Havering Joint Taskforce yesterday made a swift arrest after images of a man suspected of looking through a woman’s window in the early hours of the morning, were circulated on social media.

The incident took place in the Upminster Bridge area on Tuesday 30 May in the early hours and by yesterday afternoon officers had arrested a male.

The man remains in police custody and the police have stated that they are not looking for anyone else in connection with this disturbing incident.Police are asking the community if anyone else has been subject to similar incidents in the Upminster area, that they please report this to them directly as soon as possible by contacting 101.
