Harold Hill assault leaves man with head injury.
Parts of Farringdon Avenue on the corner of Straight Road were cordoned off yesterday, Monday 22 May following an assault.
The incident occurred at 7.28pm, police and London Ambulance attended to a man who was found with head injuries and taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for the Met Police told the Havering Daily:
“Police were called at 19:28 on Monday, 22 May to reports of an assault outside a shop in Faringdon Avenue, Romford.
Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service. A man was taken to hospital with a head injury. His condition was assessed as not life-threatening.”
Enquiries are ongoing.
There have been no arrests.
