‘Those Were The Days’ is a smashing new musical celebrating the women who left their mark on the music of the swinging sixties; Dusty Springfield, Sandie Shaw, Cilla Black, Petula Clarke, Diana Ross to name just a few.
This high-energy revue gives a perspective of the life of women in the 1960s. With original footage and commentary from the era, the show takes audiences on a nostalgic trip down memory lane, featuring such timeless, chart-topping hits as “Son Of A Preacher Man”, “Downtown”, “Puppet On A String”, “Baby Love”, “Shout!”, “You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me”, “I Only Wanna Be With You”, “These Boots Were Made For Walking” and many, many more. Follow the journey of five women during the liberating days of the 1960s in a show that celebrates all that made England swing!
