Paddington Bear To Arrive At The Brewery Shopping Centre To Start Coronation Celebrations.
The Brewery, Romford is excited to announce that Paddington Bear will be visiting the Centre on Saturday 29th April and will be making appearances throughout the day between 11am-4pm.
Visitors on the day will be able to collect a free Union Jack flag and snap a selfie with the Nation’s favourite bear. Paddington has always had a special connection with the Royal Family and in recent years visited Buckingham Palace for tea with Queen Elizabeth II as part of her Platinum Jubilee celebration.
Paddington will be located on the first floor of the Centre for the duration of the event. Attendance is free so no pre booking is required.
A spokesperson at The Brewery said: “We are really looking forward to Paddington’s visit – he is a true British icon, loved by people of all ages and we are sure he will bring a smile to lots of faces. We invite families to come along and enjoy the event and celebrate the King’s Coronation with us.”
