Ricky Hayden Memorial donate life saving bleed kit to Concept Windows and Conservatories.

Sue Hedges from the Ricky Hayden Memorial has donated a vital life saving bleed bag to Concept Windows and Conservatories in Hornchurch.

The bereaved mum has made it her mission to donate as many of these important life saving tools as she possibly can across Havering and London.

Sue told the Havering Daily: “Whilst I was on my way to donate this bleed bag, another bleed bag I donated was being used to save a teenager’s life. This goes to show just how vital and important these bleed kits our in our community.

“Thank you to Kevin Attreed of Concept Windows and Conservatories for accepting this Daniel Baird Bleed Kit.”

Kevin Attreed told the Havering Daily:

“I never knew much about bleed kits until myself and a member of my team began talking about them. With knife attacks happening far too often, you need to be prepared for it to happen anywhere at any time. These kits should really be made mandatory in licensed venues as well as more high street businesses holding them. The work Sue does is great and we’re happy to be able to support this.”

Ricky Hayden Memorial would like to thank Kevin for the donation of £300 which will go towards buying three more bleed bags.
