Man admits killing 21 year old Upminster woman in horror head on smash on A13.

A 38 year old man yesterday, Wednesday 25 January admitted killing 21 year old Grace Payne in a horrific head on collision on the A13 in November last year.

The horrendous smash saw Ashley Loveday drive the wrong way down the A13 in Rainham in a stolen van and hit the Uber cab Grace was travelling in, head on.

Loveday had stolen the van in Essex and was seen driving down the A13 on the wrong side of the road when he hit the Toyota Prius Grace was travelling in.

The Uber cab driver Sunder Ali was seriously injured in the collision but has survived.

Loveday has pleaded guilty to causing Grace’s death and also causing serious injury to Sunder Ali.
