Havering Fabian Society are to hold their Annual General Meeting on Friday 3rd February at Fairkytes Arts Centre, Billet Lane, Hornchurch with Chairman, Councillor and former MP for Upminster Keith Darvill bringing down his gavel to commence business at 7.30pm.
Following reports and elections, the meeting is to hear from guest speaker – Barking and Dagenham Council Deputy Leader Councillor Saima Ashraf – who is a very popular councillor and a great role model for women.
Her topic will be “Using data and and insight to deliver for the Community – with the Community”. Following this talk and questions from the floor, a complimentary buffet and drinks are to be enjoyed.
