Councillor Judith Holt, St Alban’s ward councillor has called on Havering Council to provide some much needed care for the Tolbut Court estate in Romford. The local ward councillor has received many emails from residents living on the estate asking for support and clearly stating that after many years living on Tolbut Court, they have watched a steady decline of the area.

Now,councillor Holt is calling on Havering Council to start looking after the estate and its surrounding area.

The gardens need a tidy up, residents have waited weeks for general repairs and the area clearly needs a clearing.

Amazing Judith. Less than 12 months in charge, you are asking the new Council to improve Tolbut Court. Perhaps, you should ask why the previous administration, after being in office for over 12 years, never did anything to improve the location? Oh, I forgot, they were the Conservatives, of which you are a member. Couldn’t criticise them, could we?
