The Big Country Show comes to the Queen’s Theatre.
Time to saddle up, put your boots on and mosey over to the Queen’s Theatre.
Yee-Haw! There’ll be a sea of stetsons, boots and spurs when the UK’s biggest live classic country and western music show rides on into The Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch on Friday 20 January 2023.
With its huge live band, award-winning singers and amazing stage set, this show has been wowing audiences and receiving outstanding reviews all over the UK. Expect a two-hour extravaganza of classic country music, filled with hand-clapping, foot-stomping, boot-scootin’ singalong classics from the likes of Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, Shania Twain, Garth Brooks, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Tammy Wynette and the Eagles. With a ten-gallon hat full of great country and western hits, favourites include ‘The Gambler’, ‘Take it Easy’, ‘Man! I Feel Like A Woman’, ‘Ring of Fire’, ‘The Devil Went Down to Georgia’ and many more.
Vocals are taken care of by Middi Murphy, a seasoned veteran of the UK county music scene who twilights as a cattle farmer, making him a cowboy by default. The Great Big Country Music Show is also lucky to feature Deeanne Dexeter, the darling of the country music festival circuit and the irrepressibly sassy Biddy Ronell.
So, if you need a little bit of classic country in your life then why not dust off those line dancing shoes, grab your pardners and come on y’all for what promises to be a fantastic night out, country style.
