On Tuesday 6th December, Education 4 Independence held their annual Christmas Bazaar. They were joined by families and friends of the students, as well as other staff from Havering Adult College and the Mayor of Havering. The students in the Hospitality and Entrepreneurship group had planned and made all of the gifts and cakes available, and they also manned the stalls on the day.

The students made many gifts such as reindeer hot chocolate cones, scrabble tree decorations, candy pots and hand-made Christmas wreaths. A variety of cakes were available, including home-made scones, cupcakes, mince pies and hand decorated Christmas cakes.

The students worked really hard and raised a grand total of £345 to put towards their college experience. The staff at the E4I team were all incredibly proud of them.

Well done to them for their fantastic initiative and all the hard work and effort they put in!
