Mawney Road closed-pedestrian in hospital after collision.

Mawney Road at the junction of the A12 in Romford was closed this morning after a pedestrian was in collision with a vehicle.
The incident took place just after 6am and the pedestrian has been taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for the Met told the Havering Daily:
“Officers were called at 06:05hrs on Monday, 26 September to Mawney Road at junction with A12, Romford.
A car was reported to have been in collision with a pedestrian.
Officers and LAS attended the scene.
The pedestrian has been taken to hospital, their condition awaits.”
Roads are closed while emergency services deal with the collision.
