Tory MP arrested for rape has bail extended til November.

The unnamed Conservative MP who was arrested in May on suspicion of rape and other offences, has had his bail extended until November.

The MP was arrested in May earlier this year after being accused of rape, sexual assault, abuse of position of trust and misconduct in public office.

He has been asked to stay away from parliament but has not been suspended by the Conservative party.
