A fire has broken out on the Chapel Court block, Crown Drive in Romford on the former Oldchurch Hospital site.

The fire is believed to have started in the bin store. CCTV footage is believed to show a teenager entering the bin store and then leaving just as the fire was starting.

Fire crews are on the scene and dealing with the incident.
