Come and join the Sunshine Club!

Parkside Community Association in Goodmayes, is looking for new members for its Sunshine Club.

The club is aimed at over 70’s and meet every Wednesday from 1-30 to 3-30pm for two hours of dancing, chatting and all round enjoyment to put a smile on the faces of our elderly who have been locked inside for months following the different lock down periods.

There is plenty of tea and biscuits on hand and lots of laughing to brighten up your day.

Centre Manager Coryn Maile told the Havering Daily: “We are looking for new members to come and join our club. It is a great way to make new friends and get out of your house.

“It has been very difficult for some of our elderly who have not left their house for months. Please, pop along and see us and join in some of activities here.”
