Havering College incident -pupil suspended following assault.

Police attended Havering College in Hornchurch yesterday following reports of yet another incident.

A/Inspector Lisa Ryan, of Havering Partnership & Safer Schools Team said:

“An incident occurred on the 16^th March between two female students at Havering College, resulting in one female receiving common assault injuries. 

Schools officers on high visibility patrols, as part of Operation Bempton, were immediately on scene. 

One female has been suspended pending a disciplinary hearing.”
