Dangerous driver crashes into parked vehicles in Harold Hill.

Residents in Harold Hill yesterday saw numerous police cars and officers close off parts of Straight Road just before 3pm.

A police pursuit in the area saw a man arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and taking and driving away.

A Met Police spokesperson told the Havering Daily:

“At around 14:48hrs on 22 November police were in pursuit of a vehicle which collided with a number of parked vehicles in Straight Road, Romford.

“The driver, a male, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and taking and driving away.

“He did not suffer any serious injuries and has been taken into custody.”

There were no other reported injuries.
