BREAKING: Travellers arrive in Central Park.

Groups of travellers have arrived in two different parts of Harold Hill. A group has parked their caravans on the field in Wincanton Road and a larger group has settled near the children’s play area in Central Park.

Around twenty caravans have settled in Central Park, with caravans and cars scattered all across the park.
