Despite the difficult times we are in Havering Association for People with disabilities (HAD) is still keen to let its members know that they are out there if they need any support. Even though the building is closed, staff are still there to reach out and support all its members.

A HAD spokesperson told the Havering Daily: “H.A.D during these times we have stopped all face to face services but are still here supporting our clients in telephone calls and making plans for reopening. These times have really reminded us that our clients are the heart of our centre and we have missed seeing them all.

We loved creating this video, seeing all our lovely clients smiling faces and reading their messages. Our clients have been extremely supportive of each other and often call to check in on staff. We look forward to opening soon as it’s safe to do so.”
