Our picture of the day comes from Peter Wheelband on his walk in Raphael’s park in Romford.

Peter is one of Havering’s heroes who has spent his lockdown collecting food essentials for our NHS staff who have had to temporarily move out of their homes whilst they tackle COVID 19.
