Police hold art competition for Stephen Lawrence day.

Police here in Havering have arranged an art competition and bridge-building challenge in local schools in support of the Stephen Lawrence Day.

Volunteer police cadets have also been invited to join this initiative with the aim behind to promote positive community messages and encourage positive community action across the borough.
