Libraries to close for staff shortage.

Havering Council have announced that the following libraries will close due to staff shortages.

Collier Row

South Hornchurch

Harold Wood

The libraries website is also available to provide the local community with access to online audiobooks and eBooks.

A fines amnesty has been introduced throughout the borough during this difficult time. This means there will be no charges for overdue materials for the time being.
